The Staff and cleanliness

From outside it looks dated, the rooms the same Breakfast as lousy admittedly on a hot plate server to keep it warm the turned up too high and it wasn't just keeping the food warm but cooking it through again Whole of hotplate red hot too warm, even the plastic serving spoons used are too hot to use. Also the metal surface in front of the server burning hot IT'S DANGEROUS. Booking.Com please reconsider this hotel. I've never said this before, I truly can't say a bad word a out staff and cleanliness If you're looking for cheap bed for the night it may meet your needs though not for £95 approx Yes hotel has parking, but where does it say you have to pay extra for. It?

Every member of staff from house keeping through reception to breakfast manager were outstanding - giving it all to try to polish the ties that is the hotel.

Scruffy, dated, tired, and incredibly old and dead mattress. Poor food and food choice at breakfast. Grimy room. Very little worked.

"A night out to the Theatre."

We like that it's right in the centre of Swansea so everything is in walking distance. We love the friendliness of the staff and we especially love the fact that we can bring our dog along with us. We've stayed many times, and will continue to do so.

There is nothing to dislike.

"All good except lifts ."

Central & good breakfast.

Terrible lifts only one working which only holds three people !! As a 76 year old it’s not very good to walk downstairs from the seventh floor twice !!

As the restraunt was closed (as was the bar) impossible to say

One of two small lifts working which constantly passed our floor. The push button for 3 did not light up correctly We could only get tepid water in the bathroom. Staff were informed of these issues We left a day early.

"Friendly staff but dated"

I came to the dragon hotel on a business trip. Positives Friendly staff Great location, everything is within walking distance Room was clean. Negatives Hotel is very dated and run down in places Lifts are very small and only one was working Cooked breakfast was awful, cheap ingredients and coffee machine wasn't working.
