Room was dirty . Bed was uncomfortable, I booked double room but the bed was from to piese of single so very uncomfortable to sleep , when you try to move from one side to another creaks loudly. No phone in the room no hairdryer .

Paid for breakfast and told no hot buffet available book if I liked I could have one cooked but was a little pushed for time.

When we arrived at the hotel it was about 1.30pm, I appreciate the check in time was advertised at 3pm, but the staff said if I paid £25 we could have early check in, this is a bit of a rip off, if the room is ready just let your guest have the room
