The power went out in my room not too long after I got into the room and I had to wait for someone to come fix the key card box. The shower also did not drain properly and puddled. These are things that should be maintained before guest check in. Staff were nice and bed was comfortable but for the price and a supposedly 5 star hotel, this was nothing outstanding and I was not impressed with the overall quality

"Overall room is clean and hotel staffs are friendly and approachable."

Location is very good just a 5 mins walk to shopping malls.

We went in Feb where temp was cold. However the heater in room was a bit overkill we felt to warm and we need to open the windows to cool the room. We were told during this period air in room only has hot air temperature can't be set.

"Decent hotel near subway station"

Stayed for 1 night as a couple. No upgrade was offered as a Explorist member. The only perk that was actively offered was 2pm late checkout which we didn't utilise as we had a 10am train to catch the following day. The design of the hotel gives a youthful vibe. The train station tuanjiehu is a short walk away, which is relatively convenient if you are coming from the airport as it only require 1 change from the airport line.

"Not Hyatt standard that i know and love..."

Currently under construction, and please refrain from using any upgrades, as they will be disregarded. Reserved them for a genuine Hyatt hotel. Just disappointing experience overall. location is good with subway and underground street food next door. if you do stay here go look for WAGYUKAMI Restaurant 2 streets behind the hotel just wow!!
