BEI Zhaolong Hotel, part of JdV by Hyatt

The room is clean, but the hotel is old, there are moldy, old, humid smells in the corridors. The hotel is not friendly for suitcase, the road in front of the hotel is hard to carry suites. The concierge will not help unless you request. The breakfast is also just so-so.

Room was spacious, very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Very good coffee at breakfast.

Continental breakfast was extremely limited in choice. No food to be found if you get back in the moglie of the night. Temperature in the room not adjustable (despite there being a thermostat).

Big room with comfy bed. Good breakfast options and free coffee and fruits all day & night. Internet is OK. Hotel building contains another hotel, which makes it confusing. At the time of the stay, there was loud construction outside and the nearest metro entrance was closed.

如果一楼的staff更专业一点就更好啦。有时候他们不原意帮忙叫車。

Like the ambience of the hotel. Cleariness is good, bed comfy. Area is too touristy and easy to travel to majot attractions. Is located along the mail road, getting taxi to pick up is very convenient. Train station is about 5-10mins walk from hotel.

Though the staff are helpful in general but lack of smiles and friendlyness. There's room for improvemnt for this aspect.
