the hotel location is ok The shower was good

The room AC was super noisy, the AC thermostat did not work Our toilet was not cleaned Someone attempted to unlock our room at 9:30 pm or so when we were in the bed The bed mattresses were not comfortable

Front desk employee wasn't welcoming

Bed was comfy, love that the parking was free, there were a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was ok.

The staff was not very friendly or attentive. The bathroom sink and shower drains were rusty (old) and some of the things in the room needed to be replaced like the desk chair it was worn and falling apart. I thought the bathroom floor could have been a cleaner, there was hair and shoe print dirt on it. There was no ice in the ice machine ls on 2 floors. The elevator wasn't level getting on and off so I tripped getting on but learned my lesson and stepped up after that.

I enjoyed the quietness and pleasant staff.

My only issue was I didn’t have a refrigerator in my room and my dinner from the night before went bad.
