Club Tuana Fethiye

Cannot fault the facilities as this resort, has everything a family of 4 needed. Food was great and the staff were amazing throughout. Down side was the room, deluxe family room is not deluxe, far too small for a family of 4 and shouldn’t be advertised for 4. Balcony enough for 1 chair, so when little one sleeping we all had too. Issues with AC, mozies, shower flooding the bathroom & very tired, stayed in better 2* rooms.

The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning!!! However, if you are booked into the any of the park rooms then it’s like staying in a 2 star hotel. They need to renovate this part of the hotel or knock it down. Our first room was a park family room and it was absolutely disgusting - dusty, old, the air conditioning didn’t work, the beds were tiny (my feet fell off the end!), the twin room was so small that you couldn’t open the wardrobe properly without being squashed against the bed, no chairs on the balcony, the lights didn’t work properly - omitted a orange glow. The whole setup was well below a 5 star hotel and frankly embarrassing!!! Jet2 should NEVER allow a holiday maker to book these rooms. We knew it would be slightly old fashioned but nothing prepared us for what we checked into. We requested to move and offered to pay more, the reception team were extremely reluctant and said they were fully booked. Eventually we did get moved, but it was such a rubbish start to our holiday. Ruined our first day. Our new room was still in the park area but thankfully was more spacious, but certainly not 5 star. Ignoring the room situation, we went to the main hotel area everyday and it was everything we expected - superb staff, food, drinks, pool areas were spotless and the pool was clean. The beach was gorgeous and the pier was lovely to walk along and dive off the end. We played darts and a big shout out to Ahmat who was really lovely to us and our children. The Veranda restaurant offered everything you’d want to eat and we tried 3 a la cartes with the Pelagos being our favourite. We caught the local bus into Fethiye which was very easy and we would then taxi it back for ease. We also did the morning boat trip to the islands which was very relaxing. The shows were educational - especially the African one which left us all stunned! As a family we loved our holiday, but Club Tuana, you need to seriously upgrade the Park area - it lets your entire hotel down. We would return but wouldn’t even consider the older style rooms. Tip - take mosquito spray we all got bitten to death!!!

Second time for us to visit this hotel and it was still as amazing as 6 years ago..will definitely be back as we all love it here..food was the best all inclusive we have had and the staff can't do enough for you and very clean..we stayed at park side so a little walk over to the main pool but we was happy with this because our girls liked to go back to shower about 5 so we then used the pool and snack bar over by our room which was brilliant because you walked out of our room 2 seconds down the path and we was by our pool..missing this place so much..

We had a lovely stay at Club Tuana with lots of memorable moments. Guest Relations and Housekeeping went above and beyond for my partner’s birthday with a beautifully decorated room , a truly thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Special thanks to Anna Salman from Guest Relations for arranging these special touches and for making our trip more memorable. It definitely improved our overall experience. Food was excellent and varied throughout our stay, and the à la carte restaurants offered a nice change of scene (though portions were a bit small, especially the Roka restaurant - we left the restaurant still feeling hungry). The entertainment team was fantastic — full of energy and fun. Housekeeping was also spot-on , our room was always clean when we returned from the beach, unfortunately our last night the cleaning was missed in the room. We did have an issue with Pavilion 17, which was located next to the diving board area and very noisy — not the relaxing experience we had expected. That said, Anna Salman from Guest Relations handled it well and kindly offered us at a quieter pavilion, which we really enjoyed. Our club room felt dated, especially considering it was meant to be an upgrade. The TV was also very small and offered limited viewing options, which wasn’t a big issue for us since we spent most of our time outdoors, but worth mentioning for those who like to unwind in the room. The only other areas we’d love to see improved are the WiFi, which was nearly unusable, and the sun bed situation, many guests would reserve beds with towels and disappear for the day, making it difficult for others to find space. Perhaps a better system could be implemented during peak times. Overall, we had a great holiday and would happily recommend Club Tuana to friends and family, especially for its beautiful setting, amazing staff, and memorable service touches.

We visited Club Tuana at one of the busiest times of the year. The hotel was fully booked but we never felt overcrowded. The staff were busy but always happy to help. All of the pool areas were well maintained and clean. There were plenty of sun loungers available although the ones in the shade and next to the pool were taken quickly. There is plenty to do at Club Tuana with activities being hosted every half hour throughout the day such as volleyball, aqua gym, aerial yoga and football; as well as this there was a wide choice of activities to do independently such as tennis, pool, table tennis and boccia. The beach is right next to the main pool with even more activities on offer. Our room was on the park side, it was a little outdated but clean and comfortable with good aircon. The bonus of being on the park side is the smaller, quieter swimming pool and bar which was lovely for an afternoon chill time. We made use of the a la carte restaurants (we visited the Italian one and the world cuisine; there is also a seafood restaurant and Asian restaurant), these were 4 course set menus which the teens were a little worried about but the food was delicious and enjoyed by all of us. We were staying at the hotel with 4 adults and 4 teenagers and all came home happy and relaxed from a very enjoyable holiday.

We had a fabulous stay from start to finish. We have no negative comments at all. We stayed in a lagoon room which was wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were great and made us smile with daily little touches in the room such as towels in heart shapes. Having the pool to cool down in just outside the room was a great addition. The two bars near the pools had lovely staff and great selection of drinks. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful to stroll around. The selection of food at the veranda was excellent and as a foodie, I really enjoyed both the quality and range on offer, something for everyone. The staff went above and beyond and the lovely Saliha made meal times lovely and she was great with our 8 year old. The evening shows were of very good quality and we looked forward to the shows. The kids club was great and offered a great selection of activities and it is very well run. They also had a kids festival one afternoon which was fun for both kids and adults. My son is already hoping to return next year. Our week went far too quickly.

We stayed at Club Tuana at the end of June for 10 nights. Our room was a Deluxe Double Room only downside not much space to store your clothing. The whole complex is extremely clean and well managed the grounds people do a fantistic job. Everyone works really hard (shame some guests don't treat them kindly). On our first morning we had a turkish bath cannot recommend enough, the Spar is fabulous, what a way to start a holiday. The evening shows are amazing different each night, these guys work so hard. Sorry can't remember his name but we referred to him as 'David Beckham' his enthusiasm and fun is infectious, we did archery and rifle shooting with him. Poseidon Bar of an evening having a cocktail or two watching the sun go down, beautiful sunsets, again these guys are so busy and keep on smiling. The meals never got boring something different and tasty each day. I keep saying it but the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble, breakfast time, they happily ask if they can get you a coffee and love when you have a chat with them. The beach is a little harsh under foot but they have put in a couple of 'walkways' into the sea so no problem, sea lovely and warm, then there is the huge pool plenty of space for everyone. I really cannot fault this place we had our sixteen yr old son with us and we all agreed this is somewhere we would come back to. Whilst the complex is tucked out the way, there are taxis which we used and the bus stops outside, so getting out and about is easy. The excursions we did were only a short coach journey away and fabulous. Whilst it is easy to stay at the resort as there is so much going on should you wish to get involved, it is lovely to get out and about and see a bit of Turkey. Club Tuana, we will be back.

Club Tuana is absolutely great😍 Everyone is polite and smiling. The food is something for everyone🥰 full of variety. The evening shows are great. The hotel spa (massage) I absolutely recommend it🥰 worth every penny🙏 A hotel worth recommending and coming back next year🇹🇷❤️

Elman suggested that I try a package including a hammam, peeling, and massage when I arrived, to prepare my skin for tanning. I followed his advice, and it was fantastic. The experience included a medical massage, a hammam, and a body scrub in a private setting. I especially loved the massage and decided to book another one before leaving. Once again, I trusted Elman's recommendation, and it was the perfect choice for me. Thank you to Elman and the whole team — I highly recommend this spa!
