"Disgusting!"

Great hotel? Not anymore! Room was so stinky.I notice they tacked in sheets but didn't change it from previous customer.I smelled sheet men's cologne and so much wrinkle.Window couldn't close it was hide curtain. Big balcony door rock was broken couldn't close. SO DISGUSTING! I really need to tell DO NOT STAY THERE!

The main lodge is beautiful and the restaurant served good food. The room set up was a little odd with the bathroom at another level then the bedroom and a lot of empty space in the bedroom. The mattress felt old and over used.

It’s great uf you avoid the restaurant. And don’t go if it’s unseasonably warm as there is no air conditioning and minimal fans. Also bring a power strip. There’s very few outlets.

Great location. Excellent staff. The rooms are nice but the hotel overall needs a refresh. the rooms are not even close to being soundproof. I could hear the people beside me and their TV.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were kind and attentive. They let us have a microwave in our room so that we can warm up our child’s food. Building / room was a little updated, but it was clean. The whole resort feels family friendly. We went to the dock everyday, view was nice and peaceful and we even saw whales! We didn’t try the restaurant as it was a bit pricey for us, but we see a lot of people eat there. It was a nice stay and we will come back! 😄

"Charm and Tranquility"

This was our third visit since the hotel reopened in May and each time we go we see so many wonderful changes. Management obviously has a plan to bring the hotel back to it's former glory and is doing an amazing job. Their restaurant has reopened and the manager and his staff are all working very hard to make your experience wonderful. One of the waitresses was so exceptionaly that she could have worked in a 5 star restaurant. Sitting on the outside deck of the restaurant watching all the activity on the ocean makes you want to stay forever. The grounds are spacious and the landscaping is beautiful especially the two resident deer on the grounds.
