Had to book last minute due to a flight cancellation at JFK around 12am. The gentleman working the front desk was lovely but the first room he put us in had a squatter who was definitely under the influence of something! Squatter said ‘the woman checked him in’ but apparently there was no woman that worked there? The second room we were put in had a roach in the bathroom and the deadbolt lock was ripped off the door. We could hear music blasting from another room and the woman checking in after us was “just there to meet a gentleman.” There were also a few other women stood around the building on the side of the road. Make of that what you will. We stayed all of 5 minutes and then just left. Didn’t feel safe and didn’t feel clean. DO NOT STAY HERE! Also, they don’t serve breakfast due to COVID still but judging by the rooms and clientele, I’m not sure how edible it would be…
This place had a crack head inside. The room was not clean. I have 3 kids. The group of men in the front were very nasty. One guy came and sat on the stairs filming people, and the worker's did nothing. I asked for refund and the man at the counter said he has to charge me for one night.. very horrible place to stay...
This was the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever been to. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude because I wanted to have a clean room. The entire fourth floor smells like cigarettes and weed. The towels were stained the curtain was stained the microwave was broke, the chair was broke the clock was broke. The bathroom ceiling was leaking. And when I complained the lady at the front desk said I was welcome to leave her hotel and get some of my money back in 5-7 business days. Then I had to call them for them to release my deposit. After that someone fraudulently used my bank card. DO NOT GO HERE! The chairs in the lobby are stained.
It was one of the worst, this location is also a shelter and the other guess were noisy. the place stink of smoke. It was hard to breathe. There was no breakfast as advertised the rooms are small and the parking $20 a night and not always available they have to contact guests to move cars so others can access theirs.

Only one person was working and he was slow. Also the parking was not available. Not recommended fir family. I will not stay there

Did not get the room that I booked elevator wasn't working when I get to the room the blankets and the room condition was terrible there were stains on the blanket The phone wasn't working TV wasn't working call for service the said that will come but no one ever showed up i need someone to call me 917-828-5436
