PULSE GRANDE Hotel

Quiet place with nothing much around. But it’s a good place for good rest

I don’t like to leave a bad review but if I could leave zero I would. This hotel was the by far the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I travel often and usually stay in 2 and 3 stars nicer than this place even hostels. This place is in need of some serious renovations. The carpet all throughout is moldy and stained. My shower was filthy along with blood on the towel. I checked in a bit early to attend the spa. Only to be told it’s closed (not mentioned on the website) ok I’ll go relax by the pool except No wifi.? Then I go to the swim up bar( it’s empty) no alcohol on the premises sold. The buffet was ok at best. I returned to my room to see a rat run across the floor. That was the end for me as I packed my bag and didn’t even sleep the night. I asked for a refund and got only half. Then had to pay for an additional transport to a new hotel that night. This place gets two middle fingers up.

The hotel has the ambiance of serenity..place away from city ..trees around has cooling effect, everyone I met has frienfly abd welcoming attitude..willing to help. They still are improving a dated facility to meet current needs. Would go back and stay if not needed to be close to city center. Thanks

The room was just average. With old furnitures. The wall paper was peeling off at certain places. The bathroom tap was faulty, the shower at the bathtub was also faulty. The Spa and gym also cannot use. There was a sliding door between the bathtub and the room. The lock also was faulty. The room did not look like what was on the website.

It has a huge nice garden behind. Make sure you bring insect repellant during the evening. Breakfast is good. The place is quite worn out. It would look very grand if well maintained. The location is quite remote and not convenient if you don't drive. The putrajaya seafood restaurant nearby serves decent meal. Room preparation could be better. We have stained towels, missing floor towel, and missing toiletries that we have to request although the service staff are generally very responsive.

The hotel looked NO maintenance for years. They should check their facilities prior to having guest check in the rooms. A lot of broken and damaged items. Room were dirty, toilet wasn't functioning well, the bedskirt was torn; and many more!

The hotel is located on a high hill in Putrajaya cause we can see the building from far. The guest parking is within walking distance between the hotel and parking. Rest assured, there is a buggy car going back and forth from the hotel entrance to the parking every 5-10minutes. The front desk lady was really nice and the check-in process was smooth. As my room is not ready, she guided us to the waiting area with the welcome drink. The room was spacious with a balcony. One of the light bulbs was spoiled and the room was super dark even though we have turned on all the lights in the room. The bathroom is the brightest. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel.
