"It was fine for 1 night"

We spent one night at this hotel. The rooms are very basic. They look average. We had issues with hot water. You have to let it run for a good ten minutes before it gets warm enough to be able to bathe. The bed was not the greatest. Sheets would not stay on. There’s a small fridge where we kept our drinks. Window blinds were hard to pull down. Definitely needs some work.

"Worst Hampton stay ever"

Located close to major stores and restaurants

The doors wouldn't open with our keys. We had to have the maid service open our door to the room for us several times. The elevator wouldn't work going down from the 3rd floor. The floors were broken in the elevator. The bed was so uncomfortable we slept on the floor.

Great place, conveniently located near a supermarket and other amenities. Comfortable room, great wi-fi. I used the business office and noticed the ink cartridge was empty when I tried to print, they changed it immediately! Friendly staff.

I would have like oatmeal as an option for breakfast, but no big deal.

"Don’t stay here."

This place is unsanitary, it smells and the customer service along with management is unhelpful. I had to check out in the middle of the night due to being bit by bedbugs, i contacted the manager Nancy and she didn’t are whatsoever and claimed her hotel was clean but it is not. There is another Hilton hotel down the road i highly recommend that one over this one. Just trying to warn the next person. If you like sleeping in a clean, safe room while you’re not home i wouldn’t stay at this hotel.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, location was great, Internet and TV were great.

The laundry soap dispenser in the laundry room was out of order, not a big deal, but a laundry room is advertised on their site. There's a grocery store across the street where I bought some soap. Breakfast options were a little limited - there was no oatmeal - my daily breakfast, not a major deal though
