I smoke too, but when you went to the smoking area there was cigarette butts all over and the cigarette disposal was overflowing with trash and cigarette butts. I took the top off and found the neck of the butt tray was blocked. So just left it off.

I’ve stayed at this property many times. The staff, all the housekeepers and front desk are lovely. But my last stay no hot water on the evening of check in. Not resolved until the next morning when I could finally shower. No refunds offered. But Expedia came through with excellent service. I’m torn at staying here again. The manager might have lost a good, clean, quiet guest😔.
