"Good"

We always try to stay in the Hampton Inn. It's always been the best and we are always able to get a really good night sleep. This time - not so good - The staff were very friendly. One of them seemed to be a newbie and was not able to get into the supply closet to get us more towels and the package coffee for the room. The bed seemed to be a pretty worn down bed as it kept rolling you towards the off edge of the bed. The pillows weren't as nice as we've had before at the Hampton Inn. The room looked clean but just didn't smell clean - that was a little concerning. Overall we weren't as pleased with the Hampton Inn as it has been for us previously. Also, the signage outside really needs to be lit up as it appears there are letters on the building that are dark.

Good lighting, adequate towels, clean, good location, refrigerator was small but it had a freeze compartment. 120v outlets were plenty. The fellow at the ck in desk was very helpful and efficient. there were 4 carts, 2 were the GOOD larger ones with 4 wheels. The other 2 were those sorry triangle shaped ones, which I hate. At least these had a solid base. Eating places not far away.

Our room reeked of mildew, and had mold growing in the bathroom. Our door stopped working mid stay. I had to clean the pool before we could get in due to it beeing full of desd bugs, trash, and leaves.
