This was an experience from hell! If you can imagine a horror hotel- this was it! We didn't stay after we saw the stained sheets with bodily fluids on them and the disgusting smell. The lady at the front desk had an issue with us arriving late with a baby and gave us attitude like we've not seen before. When she handed us a key to check out another room, a fight of 2 people and a child broke down. They were screaming their lungs out with the curse words on the hallway. My husband asked them to please keep it quiet because our baby is scared and shaking, so the guy followed us to our car screaming at us and calling us an "n..er" word. We're white. What a nightmare! So far no refund from them. Please do yourself a favor and do not book here!

The property was great and the staff was awesome

Perfect stop after getting in late at the airport.. The only thing, the coffee was not hot, everything else was good.

I have never heard of this but apparently this hotel overbooked themselves on 6/28, and I guess because I was actually at an event that afternoon and couldn’t check in until 6pm , they gave my room away . Nice enough to offer you try and re-book us in another hotel and pay the cost difference, if any. Too late, I was angry and frustrated. At a local track to watch NASCAR truck racing with my autistic son, not an environment for answering or talking on the phone because there is no escape from the loud noise,and already over 300 miles from home . Finally after many calls I returned their call to find out I had no room to stay in anymore . They offered to book us in another hotel and pay the cost difference but at that point I still couldn’t really hear to have a productive conversation, certainly not to book a room at a different hotel . So I just said cancel the reservation, give me the refund and I’ll drive home . Never my plan . This was our one night away this summer….ruined . I didn’t know hotels could do this . Lesson learned . But I will never book a Comfort Inn again knowing this .

My biggest complaint is the coffee is so watered down that we drove to Starbucks for morning coffee. No need to try to save money with weak coffee.

The room was modern and very clean but it had a strong bleach odor. Also some of the lights did not work.

The room was not cleaned properly. Tub had soap rings and old soap on edge of tub. Garbage not picked up from last guest. Grounds needed cleaning. Rugs needed vacuuming. Keys did not work three times

Old property that smelled of mildew. Needs renovations. Poor breakfast items. Don't understand the high ratings. Better options in Springfield.
