"This was the perfect spot for my group of friends to stay while in Santa Barbara for a wedding."

The cottages were perfect for our group of friends. They provided a great spot to hang out, and were an easy walk to the shops and food on State St. The breakfast was amazing, and both Andrea and Simon were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating of our needs. I would love to find an excuse to come and stay here again.

No complaints at all!

"Perfect"

Beautiful location, really lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and bonus delicious cookies. The rooms were really excellent, very clean, very comfortable bed. 100% recommend.

The cuisine was very good quality, the facility was properly cared for, the location was great

No elevators, but still doable, missing our robes first night

"El hotel está bien sin más"

El alojamiento está muy bien situado y tiene un parking cómodo para dejar el coche. Se agradece el desayuno que te sirven.

La casa tenía un olor muy peculiar, como a alfombras viejas. La cama muy dura y hacía muchísimo ruido al moverte lo que despertaba al compañero constantemente. Los muebles están viejos y dan un aspecto descuidado. No ofrecen servicio de limpieza de la habitación por lo que no te hacen la cama ni limpian. Creo que por 300€ la noche es lo mínimo que debería hacerse. En mi opinión no merece la puntuación de casi 9,5 que tiene en booking

"Wonderful."

First of all, Simon was so welcoming and helpful. The hospitality was incredible. The room was super cute and the location of the inn was great. I had to get on the road early and the breakfast to go was perfect! Wonderful stay, I only wish I was there longer!

The bed was a bit hard but it wasn’t too bad. Sound travels in the rooms but that’s to be expected in an older home.
