Amazing location for a weekend getaway, staff was beyond friendly. Location and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cottage size great for family of three! Two nice bedrooms and a comfortable bed in each. Cozy and a great location for walking to State St. Nice breakfasts in a charming space indoors and outdoors. Very friendly and accommodating inn keepers!

I wish we had access to bicycles. Much easier to get around in Santa Barbara this way. Not a negative just would’ve been a nice perk.

Great breakfast. Walking distance to downtown. Plenty of parking. The homemade cookies were a nice touch.

The property was ideally located within walking distance of the multitude of restaurants and shops on State Street. Yet, it was quiet enough offering the best of both worlds. It was cozy and comfortable.

The service and welcome were great, and the breakfasts and hosts excellent. Overall the rooms location and experience exceeded expectation, the only minor points were the double bed was smaller that thet super-kings we are used to, and there was limited drawer space in the bedroom. The "cottage" feeling was great though and we loved having the lounge space as well as the bedrooms. The location for downtown is ideal - easy to walk out for food and entertainment and not worry about how to get home.
