Lovely B&B conveniently located in downtown Santa Barbara. (Not too close and not too far from the action). Very quiet and well maintained property and grounds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Will most definitely return.

The breakfast was delicious, and the people serving it in the morning were great. Very welcoming and friendly. It was a really nice touch to have the home made cookies for us to grab at any time. The room was super clean, the bed was comfy.
