We chose this hotel for a one-night stay while traveling from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our trip. The atmosphere and character of the place were so beautiful that we felt as if we were living in Santa Barbara and this was our own home. It truly felt like a warm and welcoming sanctuary. Even though we arrived late, they stayed in touch with us the entire time and made sure we got into our room safely that night. In the morning, they served a wonderful breakfast in the garden veranda, which made the experience even more special. The lady who we believe was the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. She guided us on what to do in Santa Barbara, where to eat, and shared local recommendations that made our short stay so much better. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We truly loved this hotel and the team. The parking area was also very convenient and free of charge, which was a great bonus. If we ever return, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything.
