The location is good for quiet, yet is neighborly. Supermarket, arcade, nightclub nearby. Near bus. Near music street. Comfortable bed, tall ceilings, historic feel, charming separate room with desk and more seating. Mini-fridge and microwave came in handy. The garden was delightful.

Hot water in shower takes a while. Controls confusing. Room temp depends on one small unit. Hard to find sweet spot between too cold or too hot (in late November).
