The location was excellent. The bed was large and comfortable.

The layout of the bathroom was uncomfortable. The shower needs maintenance and was too small. The toiletries were low quality.

Great location, spacious room, easy entry. Easy walk to Frenchman Street and many restaurants, etc.

Weekend noise due to busy road. Used earplugs - not a problem. Hot tub was out of service, but that seems rare.

Authentic accommodations from which to explore Frenchman St. and the French Quarter. A nice, simple guest house, not a fancy, marble and glass hotel- My kind of vibe from a hotel when I could feel the history of the place. I liked that it was a converted home with a garden/courtyard. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms. This is a place for those who like to walk and explore -we walked down Frenchman to Dat Dog and got some sort of alligator sausage, probably the best thing I've ever eaten. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

The decor and area. The room was comfortable and clean.

Only complaint was the hot tub was closed for repairs.
