Harmony Motel

We wanted to get away to the desert for a few days of relaxation, and the Harmony Motel turned out to be the perfect place. Everything about it was charming -- the lights strung about the property, the plants, flowers and ground decorations -- and everything was spotlessly clean, including the rooms and swimming pool. One of the nicest offerings at the Harmony Motel is that some of the rooms have kitchens, so we were able to make our own breakfasts as well as a couple of dinners. Otherwise, we spent time relaxing on the porch area in front of our room where there was a table and chairs. The view of the mountains was so lovely. And at night, we were able to enjoy the stars (which isn't always easy to do in LA, where we live) and the full moon. We were only there for four days, but I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

The location to Joshua Tree National Park is perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars after a few days on the road. This is truly a little gem. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The main reason I picked this motel over others is the full kitchen so we could cook our own meals. This saved us a lot of money and really increased the value of the stay. Also appreciated having a hot tub available! The motel is on a hill, so we enjoyed beautiful sunrises.

My only complaint is small - there were barely any hooks in our room! Just a single coat hanger. That meant there wasn't a place to hang a towel for the shower, or coats in the room, and the only place to put our luggage was on the desk. You don't realize how important hooks/luggage racks are until your clothes and towels are in a pile on various surfaces.

This is a lovely place with a great sunrise view! The rooms are clean and cozy. The full kitchen is great as well.

The rooms are roomy and super clean. The bed is super comfortable!
