Harmony Motel

Very clean and unbeatable desert views, plus a little bit of history! Ash was friendly as always, and the price was unbeatable. This isn’t a fancy motel but a perfect place to lay your head to rest and sit on the stoop to enjoy the views. Kitchenette is a plus!

Great location and the owner was so friendly. The view from the porch our room was awesome.

Not a thing.

Pros - The room was spacious and we appreciated the ample closet space. We only realized later at night that the pool and spa were operational, so we did not get to use them. But they looked very nice. Cons - The biggest was the unfriendly reception we got from the woman at the reception. She pointedly looked at each female member of my group and said that no feminine hygiene products should be disposed in the toilet. While showing us the room heating, she sarcastically added that the obvious thing to do when using the heat is to close the windows. She may have been having a bad day, or had bad experiences with previous guests , but she should not have taken it out on us. Her tone and behavior was presumptuous at the best, and downright rude at the worst.. Other cons - The bed linen was visibly dirty. I opted to use my sleeping bag. Nice to haves - Working vent fan in the bathroom and a trash can and writing desk in the room.

This was a spacious room and kitchen with lots of facilities. It was warm and comfortable and provided what we needed for a stopover after visiting Joshua Tree NP

Calm and relaxing place near the nature.

Quaint, small, neatly kept property. Plenty of room for parking.. the room we had has a kitchen. Only stayed overnight, but we will come back again. It will be first choice.

There is highway noise, but we knew about it before. Ask for the back room, there's less noise

Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und eine tolle Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die vielen kleinen Teppiche sind Stolperfallen, teilweise ist die Einrichtung etwas abgenutzt.

Nice little historic roadside motel in Twentynine Palms, near Joshua Tree. Rooms were a bit expensive, but we did have a kitchen area. There wasn’t a blanket on the bed; we just used the bedspread. Some of the outdoor chair cushions in front of our room and in the pool area had big rips in them. Also, bring your own coffee, as there is none supplied. There was a Starbucks within driving distance.
