Noting I didn't like

I recently stayed at Super 8 and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The issues began at check-in, where the staff failed to process an approved Uplift loan for payment, leaving me scrambling to find an alternative. The room itself was in unacceptable condition—broken furniture, unstable floors, and poor cleanliness overall. The advertised free WiFi didn’t work at all, and there was a power outage with no communication or support from staff. Housekeeping was nonresponsive, ignoring multiple requests for towels, and when they finally showed up, they left before we could unlock the door and never returned. To make matters worse, when we tried to check out early due to these issues, we were told we’d owe more money because it would negate a discount we’d received. This policy felt punitive and forced us to stay longer than we wanted. The customer service throughout was dismissive and unprofessional, and no resolution was offered for any of these problems. I’ve stayed at other Wyndham properties, like Days Inn, and had much better experiences, but this Super 8 was far below any reasonable standard. I won’t be staying at Super 8 again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

My experience was terrible and quite disastrous. There was no customer service at all. The air conditioning barely worked, and the worst part was the unpleasant odors, including noticeable smells of drugs, in the hallways and rooms.

Nothing at all!

Everything, I don’t even know how this ended up on booking or with Wyndham as part of its name. I was unable to take a shower, brush my teeth in the sink ( water didn’t work), hair left in the shower. Broken piece of plastic on the floor, my key stopped working several times, I was told there is no breakfast when there was. We were locked out of our room for an hour and a half because the owner decided to leave and lock the front door behind her. Something weird is going on here because the hotel was a complete piece of shit but the owner has a brand new BMV!!! Let’s top it off with the fact that they opened the door on the day of checkout at like 7:30 am waking up my husband. This was a horrible experience and I will be calling to get some type of refund. I booked a hotel so I could get a good night rest for the trip from Florida to Texas and back. Instead I woke up this morning with a crook in my neck! This was the worst part of my trip I hated it!!!

Odd place. Some rooms unoccupied with no mattresses, windows and doors left open during the day for airing out I guess. Suspect flood damage. The price was inexpensive but next time I'm needing a place to stay in the area I'll head to the Comfort Inn instead a short distance east on the same road.

okay, for low budget person

We booked a day in advance and called hotel.com to confirm our stay and was reassured that they had a room for us and said the hotel confirmed our stay. After landing from airport at 1030pm with our daughter , we were tired and hungry. We drove almost an hour to get to the hotel and they told us they over booked and there was no rooms available. We had no where to go because all the hotels around were sold out. This was the worst experience and would not recommend this place.

Location was okay, staff was pleasant to work with and helped out with a TV issue.

Lack of hot food for breakfast, some bugs on the floor in the room, hard mattress, and hot room when we came in.
