Cost resonable but area bad with no reason to go back

Room was average, mattresses pretty hard and cheap. Room was clean though. Decent TV package. Was less than impressed with check in. No lobby, you went up to a tiny window off the side of the building that’s mostly covered with posted notices and had to peer under them to even see who you were talking to. It just gave a bad impression. You had to speak thru the tiny pass thru at the bottom. Some young people were loitering outside and very loud music was playing from a car near by. Once in the room it was a little better but I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

For last minute reservation, this property worked out well.

Nice king size bed, firm yet comfortable. Clean room. Only 1 hand towel, needed a second one. Could have used another full set of towels. No place to hang anything. Needed a wardrobe cabinet or at least a closet rod hung on the wall. Large different colored paint spots on walls as touch up. No hairdryer, iron, just 1 small bottle of shampoo/conditioner. Room needs some up grades but is clean.

This place was disgusting. The metal door had dents like it had been kicked in. An drug deal happen right in front of me. The room stunk. There was only a bed spread..no blanket with two crappy pillows. Mold in the bathroom. You had to walk around the side of the building to check in through a window because the office was locked up. This place is run down, dirty, and unsafe!!!!!

Simple and no frills hotel for our quick trip to Indy. We just needed a place to sleep after the game before driving home and this place was fine for that! I will say the heating/AC unit was very loud, even on the low fan setting, and the door didn’t do much to prevent noise coming in when people walked by the door. But for our quick stay, none of these things really bothered us!

It was dirty. Our room had no soap or shampoo. Our friends' room had no towels. There was no room service to get these things. Said breakfast was included but no breakfast. They would not let you inside their office - had to stand outside and deal through a window while it was 20 degrees. DON'T EVER STAY HERE

Pleasantly surprised with comfort and cleanliness after having low expectations. Check-in process had a line & had to wait outside in the cold, but other than that no complaints!

Little out dated but clean

If I could have given this place a zero I would have. I booked one night at this hotel through one of the notable travel site. I paid in advance over a month prior to my arrival. When I arrived I was told that they would not honor the reservation! They advised that they did not except online reservations. Clearly that was not the case. My reservation was accepted. They accepted my money. Then refused to honor the reservation, even after I showed them the paid receipt and confirmation email. When I contacted the travel site to obtain a refund, they advised that they were unable to reach the business after multiple attempts and that I was out of luck for a refund. SCAM!!!!
