"Excellent"

The only downside was that when we arrived for check-in after 3pm, we had to wait outside in the cold because our room wasn’t ready yet.

The room was decent but customer service was terrible. The lady was very rude and unfriendly. There was no ice machine and also no coffee maker in the room. Will not be back.

"Great place!"

Great hotel! Friendly staff, especially the lady that checked us in. Clean room, plenty of towels. The bed was wonderful, nice and firm but comfortable, slept great !! The shower had an adjustable head that quickly soothed tired muscles and plenty of hot water!! The mini fridge actually froze our water bottles, which was great for the cooler!!

Good except found 2full grown cockroaches in drawer under the microwave and all they said was ok when I took them to the office after I killed them.
