"Overnight before a Conference "

8.0

This place is fine to sleep for the night. Quite night, safe neighborhood. Walmart is across the street & McDonald's down the road. It was easy to find & friendly staff. This is a no frills place but just fine for a night & to safe some money.

"NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED AND SHUT DOWN"

2.0

Non smoking room smelled like old musty stale cigars. Room was not cleaned at all and had ashes in the sink and tobacco leaves in the cups. The toilet lid had Poop smeard on the seat. Terrible experience and have no idea how this place is still open. our own key did not work so management had to open the door with special key. we left and required a refund and management gave us a run around on how we still owe money for even walking into the place. Will be filing a complaint with better business bureau and health inspector.

"This place needs to be shut down"

2.0

We made this reservation through Expedia. When we pulled up, there were mattresses piled up outside towards the end of the building. We were told they were in the process of remodeling. When we opened the door, the smell about knocked you over. We had asked for a non smoking room and this clearly had been smoked in. The shower had a hole in it. Cigarette burns on the tub, the stool was so loose, it rocked. The walls were filthy. The beds were regular sized, not queen. Bathroom faucet was so filthy it was disgusting. When we first got there, maintenance brought in a new heater and installed it while we were there. Overloaded electrical plug ins, no frame on the bed, no lamp shades. Get the idea? Door did not even completely close....you could see daylight!

"Does the trick"

6.0

In town for a game downtown. This hotel is about 8 miles from there. Uber is available. Check in was simple. Manager was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. One comfy chair in the corner. Fridge and microwave in room and both worked. Desk chair available in the room. Old box TV set. Hanging rack for clothes. Large dresser. Sink outside of restroom makes it easier for people to get ready at the same time. Large mirror. Bathroom average size. Two bath towels, one hand towel and two wash clothes. Soap and one packet of shampoo/conditioner. No hair dryer. Ice bucket in the room. Fresh paint on walls. Smoke detector was not fastened securely to the ceiling but it was hard wired. All in all it was clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet but could hear the people above you so maybe you will want to ask for a second story room. Easy check out. Free breakfast which we did not even check out. The reviews already in place regarding this hotel had us worried about our stay but we would stay here again.

"Not What We Expect"

4.0

The best thing about our room were the matresses...they were firm and appeared newer. Location was right off I-65 but the area is sketchy, depressed. Room had musty smell and nowhere near the represented pictures. The shower/tub was not cleaned properly (other people's hair, soap shelf scummy, chrome not cleaned all the way around). I refused to use it. Towels and bedding were fresh. Room was just tired and overly dated. Owner friendly at check-in, but by the time we actually came back from appointments and dinner it was too late, we were in for the night and I did not want to deal with a housekeeping team. I broke my own rule about checking room before paying so, it may have been resolved earlier. However, we don't expect to have to call housekeeping. Clean bathroom facilities are not a perk. They are crucial to your guests' health and your hotel's good reputation.

"DON'T STAY HERE"

2.0

HORRIBLE! There were stains on the bed that looked like blood. Tiny beds that were advertised as Queen size. Faucet falling off in the bathtub. Some sort of blue slime on the wall. We found a bag of marijuana on the balcony. The stairs and balcony were falling apart. I could see the ground through the balcony carpet. I tried to get my money back so we could leave and they would only give me half because I didn't cancel 24 hours ahead of time! If I would have known it was like this I never would have made a reservation! Needless to say, we left without staying and lost half the money I paid.

"Very cheap - you get what exactly what you pay for"

4.0

OK. It was cheap - $55 a night. It was clean, which is the next best thing I can say. Pillows were what you would imagine you'd find in a prison... incredibly flat (about 3 inches thick). A major issue was room security. The door had at least a quarter inch play in it after securing it. The location is best described as an abandoned industrial area.I secured the door by pushing a folding door under the inside door handle and then pushing a furniture against that. It's said you get what you pay for... but I've stayed at Super 8's and Motel 6's that were a whole lot better for the same price.

"This place is a joke!"

2.0

Do not stay at this hotel, sleep in your car or stay at a rest stop. We stopped here for one night as we were passing through, and it was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. As we walked up the stairs, I was scared I was going to fall through the floor. In the room the head board was literally falling off of the wall, and my parents bed was on wheels so they sat down and the bed moved across the room like they were alladin on there magic carpet..when the bed moved I looked underneath it and there was about an inch of dirt underneath it. went to take a shower and there was no hot water at all. In fact if you turned it to cold it would get to about 30 degrees rather than 20.. We were wondering why the Microwave wasn't working, but figured out the cord was too short to even get to the outlet. We ended up taking the microwave on top of the fridge and put it on the night stand just so we could use it. Also, there were no tissues in our hotel room either. Oh and the continental Breakfast is non existent. All there is, is stale cereal. We asked the attendant if there was anymore bagels and he said "only frozen ones." They are lying when they say they have made improvements, this place is not newly renovated, this place is falling down.
