Overall what you would expect for a cheap hotel. It was clean and comfortable but not extravagant. The staff was friendly at check-in and the lobby was welcoming. The only real complaint I have was the pillows were very thin.

Construction right in front of hotel which made it difficult to get to...not hotel's fault. Room was quiet, clean, and best feature was they give guests organic hand soap, body soap, and shampoo and conditioner!

This is an older property, but quite well maintained. The road leading to the hotel from the freeway is currently under construction (Oct. 2014), so you will need to take a detour, and it can be difficult to find. It's obviously not a five-star hotel, but you will get a clean place to sleep. Other reviews have commented on the train, since the hotel is close to the tracks. I didn't notice it at all, although I was on the other side of the building. There were very few guests, so unless there's some big event going on, you shouldn't have trouble finding a quiet room. My room didn't have a fridge, coffee maker, or microwave, although there is a microwave available for use.

To begin, the hotel looks shabby from the outside and that carries over inside. There was an odor that my husband noticed in the lobby immediately. He mentioned it to me and the gentleman asked about it so my husband told him. Our room was OK. The three good things about the hotel is that the heat worked well, the internet was strong, and the coffee in the room was excellent. However, the toilet wouldn't flush (and we notice this was a complaint from someone who stayed there in 2012.) We told them about it and they fixed it during the day. The continental breakfast was pathetic with cold pastries. The staff were hardly ever in site. When I went to check out, the man came out of a room in his pajamas to take my key. I think this hotel is owned by a man and his wife (she does not seem to speak any English) and that it. On this trip we stayed in three hotels. Both were better and cheaper than this one.

DID NOT LIKE IT. IS OLD, AND THE ROOMS NOT CLEAN

Every thing went as planed. The rooms where good the staff was nice. They where nice to me even when I can in at 2 am with out my room key and then had to come back because I got the wrong one and did not charge me for the extra key.

Checked to have the help tell us the water just got turned on so we would have to run the water to clear the pipes. It was BROWN, wish they had done that before we got in the room. My daughter has JRA and needs extra blankets. That request was met by "how many people are staying in that room". We were visited by a few family members so I guess we all were sleeping there!?! NOT! Later we needed a hair dryer and when our family friend showed up with a hair dryer in his police uniform we suddenly got that extra pillow and blanket! Not going to stay there ever again.

I would not recommend this hotel. Management provided poor customer service. The hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The continental breakfast was poor at best.

The people were very friendly room was quiet,very clean everything was in working order enjoyed very much would stay there again, would also recommend to others easy to gt to even though there was construction it was no bother.
