Location, price

Exceptional hot weather, room south facing, need much better blackout curtains/blinds . Room unbearable ,heat was intense, small electric fan , not up to the job. Lucky to get any sleep. But , again, heat was exceptional.

Exceptionally well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bedroom with everything we needed to make tea and coffee. Breakfast was amazing I had salmon & scrambled egg on toast. My husband had full English. Cereal was available and yogurts and fresh melon. Totally spoilt. Richard and Ling were amazing hosts. We will certainly visit again. The best guest house in Tiverton and I would say one of the best in Devon
