Richard and Ling are really pleasant, and very hospitable, we immediately felt perfectly comfortable in their guest house.

The location was perfect for exploring the town. although small, the room was comfortable and very clean. The owners were really lovely, Ling was concerned that we had everything that we needed for breakfast, which was excellent.

The stairs were steep and narrow and there was one point where there was nothing to hold onto. Parking is limited and tight but, as we only have a small car, it was ok for us.

The location was excellent for Tiverton with a lovely view of the river. The room was clean and comfortable. An excellent breakfast was included.

There is limited parking however the access is rather tight.

A place with personality, close to the attractions and the bus station, well cared after by the lovely Swainson family. The breakfast was fabulous, proper tasting organic with an atmospheric view of the river. Also, as a London cabbie, didn’t find the courtyard parking too challenging.

All was perfect maybe just needed a nice airfreshner along hallway or stairs for a nice smell
