"One of the friendliest stay in West Country"

A place with personality, close to the attractions and the bus station, well cared after by the lovely Swainson family. The breakfast was fabulous, proper tasting organic with an atmospheric view of the river. Also, as a London cabbie, didn’t find the courtyard parking too challenging.

The breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruit, cereal, coffee. Fry up was just the right size for me.

The street noise & passersby but that didn't go on too late, I am a light sleeper.

Was greeted by Ling's beautiful smile and warm welcome - thank you! The food was wonderful. The little room was perfect for a little person like me but may be too small for many. I loved having the window opened and hearing the beautiful church chimes and then watching the river while eating breakfast. Lovely clean bed linen and a very comfortable bed. I look forward to seeing you again.

You had already told me of the parking situation so I was not upset by a little walk to my car. I was more than happy for my little shower but might be too small for some people. You make made great use of the space.
