The property is as described and met all my needs & the host was very nice and gave me a run down of local restaurants

Comfortable beds, warm, great easy WiFi, delicious breakfast, and the best host and hostess ever! Richard and Ling made us feel like best friends. Highly recommend! Also easy walking distance from the train and to the beautiful Tiverton town centre and to Tesco and Lidl. Plus, you can watch swans swim by on the river during breakfast!

The parking is tight in the courtyard at night (have to go through an old stone arch/tunnel to get to it, was too scary for me, but there is easy street parking a short walk away.

We tried all the options on the breakfast menu during our stay and we enjoyed each and every one of them. The quality of food was exceptional and the service was second to none. We were made to ensure we had plenty of tea or coffee and enough toast, all done with a friendly welcoming service. Ling & Richard were very welcoming on arrival and great hosts throughout our entire stay. We will certainly come back again soon.

Nothing really, we were very pleased with our entire stay. No faults I can think of to report, both of our hosts were exceptional.

Ling and Richard are very welcome host . Views are amazing and breakfast is always made with attention to detail smoked salmon and scrambled egg 10/10 every time.

If there has to be one thing I am not a fan of nylon shower curtains . I'mPersonally love staying every time I visit my friend . It's perfect for single travellers and business people . Not seen it from a couples point of view but who doesn't love a warm room comfy bed and a hearty breakfast ❤️
