"A very enjoyable stay"

Richard and Ling were very welcoming and helpful, The breakfast selection was excellent, the location was very close to the centre. I had a very comfortable room overlooking the river. I’ll certainly be looking to make a return visit.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pyszne śniadania i przemili właściciele. Dla gości jest dostępna lodówka, mikrofalówka, a w pokoju był czajnik, kawa, herbata, a nawet kapcie hotelowe. Polecam!

"A warm and personal welcome from Rich and Ling for our first time in Tiverton!"

Compared to our first stay in Newquay, this was amazing and beautiful in detail as well with our room. Very fancy bed. Almost like ones we had seen in a castle/estate haha. Rich took the time to come away from a birthday party to me and my brother, which I did not expect! Thank you Sir! The surrounding area was beautiful and wish we had more time to explore. Thanks to Richard's suggestion of 'Nawab Indian Cuisine' we had the curry in a while and 10% off showing the room key! Would definitely stay again if we are passing through in the future doing our castles/estates!

"Nice place to stay, but parking can be an issue."

The hosts were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was adequate and served with a smile by Ling. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a view of the river.

We expected a private parking area, but there is no parking available at the guest house. This required us to move our car several times and pay for parking in a city lot, then move out of that lot after a specified time and find street parking. We were glad that we stayed only 2 nights for that reason.

Everything was great, Ling the owner is extremely nice, friendly and excellent host. We had a lovely room with en suite facilities, Nothing was too much trouble. The location of the property is exceptional for local attractions and facilities.
