Breakfast was great. I had scrambled egg and salmon for a treat but other days cereal and fruit which I have daily at home. Location couldn’t be better! In sight of my birth place and room overlooking the River Exe

Breakfast was fabulous and filling and the room very comfortable. The location can't be beat and the view of the river is beautiful. Richard and Ling were the best hosts. They were very accommodating and friendly. We would happily recommend to our family and friends.

Actually we had no complaints at all. Nothing we would suggest as an improvement.

Everything was ok

I had an amazing stay here! The room was spotless, cozy, and so comfortable — I immediately felt at home. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding, which made my stay even more special. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many thoughtful touches. Everything was just perfect — from the cleanliness to the atmosphere and the hospitality. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’d love to come back again! 🌿

Decor a bit tired and bathroom a bit small

Richard and Ling were very welcoming and helpful, The breakfast selection was excellent, the location was very close to the centre. I had a very comfortable room overlooking the river. I’ll certainly be looking to make a return visit.
