Location,view from room and breakfast were good.Llmg was a great hostess.

Parking was a complete farce and our host Richard made the situation worse by offering a poor explanation and an alternative that was a joke. Our room was a double but it was very small and in reality it should have been a single.

Staff very good and engaging and kind. Breakfast very good Place is well maintained.

Privet bathroom being next door. The Bright light in the corridors; would be better if they were a bit deemed in the night. Parking

Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, das sich Richard und Ling persönlich um jeden Gast gekümmert haben, ob Anreise, Abreise oder einfach ein Gespräch zwischendurch. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr familiär, das Frühstück war perfekt, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ausreichend, wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss. Das Bad war auch perfekt. Uns hat auch gefallen, das immer frisches Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer war, sowie ein Wasserkocher, damit man sich einen Tee oder Kaffee selber machen kann. Wir waren total begeistert von dem Gästehaus und der liebevollen Einrichtung. Die Lage war sehr gut, man kann alles zu Fuss in Tiverton erreichen. Wir können das Gästehaus wirklich sehr empfehlen, wir werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen. Greetings from Eric and Linda

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Local guides and discounts in nearby restaurants on meals. Location was central enough to walk into town and see the local area.

Parking during the day, I was working nights while staying here. But Liam did manage to tell me places to park.

Very welcoming hosts, lovely cosy room and bed and an exceptional breakfast 😋 and a very nice view of the river Exe.

Everything was wonderful except for the building work going on across the street which created a lot of noise during the day. As Witherspoon's is just down the road, there was some late night noise but understandable. Can't say enough about how courteous & lovely the hosts were. Thank you

Only small issue was the activity/noise but understandable given it was the front of the house.

I really enjoyed my stay. The full English breakfast is delicious. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, the facilities are good. The location right in the middle of Tiverton is brilliant, breakfast overlooking the river Exe is very nice.
