Great location and great accommodation

Small kitchen area

I requested extra coffee pods and a mosquito plug in and they were delivered same day Bottle of wine in fridge on arrival. Jacuzzi on sun terrace was lovely especially as it was very hot. Host met us at taxi drop point which was really a nice service. Nice toiletries supplied

No room service during our 3 night stay. No change of towels. Noise from street and very inconsiderate people in next apartment with shouting children.

Great facilities, very clean, location was perfect, host was so helpful. Nothing bad to say about it !

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything was new, the host was exceptional and really helpful with all of our needs, great location, fluffy bed and comfortable all round.

The only thing that i would describe as i didn't like was the lack of parking but nearby 5-10 min walk was a free municipal parking.

The suite was in a perfect location.

Parking was rough

The property is located in the perfect location—with access to the old port, restaurants, markets, and shopping centers! The room that we booked overlooked the centre and it was nice to “people watch” and enjoy the views of Chania. The room was also very clean and the staff was very nice and responsive to our travel arrangements.

A king bed was listed but it’s merely two twin mattresses topped with a mattress pad—I kept falling in between the mattresses while trying to cuddle, sleep, or move.

the location was perfect, in the centre of old town Chania. It had a luxury feel and was spacious.

The hot water was intermittent and the hot tub only filled up hot water in the day.

Forgot some personal belongings in apartment after check out. Very dedicated team to return things to me some days later.

You are living in downtown, some noise and odors of restaurants around are inevitable.

It was in a good location

It was very noisy at nights until 1am in the morning. This interrupted my sleeping and caused me to feel tired the next day.
