1) Friendly owner. He was very helpful with whatever information we requested and very eager to help when it was needed. 2) Very central location in the old town. Very close to the old port. Beautiful spot next to a lovely church 3)Very comfortable bed and pillows. 4) Very clean and the cleaning personnel was very polite.

1) The very central location comes with the drawback of noise and the doors could not totally soundproof the room. We had to sleep with earplugs. 2) There are no privacy indicators to hung on the doors, so every day the cleaning personnel was knocking our doors to ask if we want them to clean the room. The first day, I delayed to reply when they knocked and they simply entered. 3) There was an issue with the room door locker. Three times our card couldn’t unlock the door, so we had to call the owner to come to unlock. This is frustrating when you come back from a tiring day. 4) The water pressure some times was dropping and the flow was not sufficient. It happened few times when showering and it happened also the one time that we used the jacuzzi. It took as an hour (maybe more) to fill it up. 5) The owner called us to come and fix a curtain in the room while we were away and although we consent, we believe that this is not appropriate for a place where it’s characterized as luxury. 6) We found it weird that on the last day the owner knocked our door at 10 to remind us that we have to check out until 12. We had been informed the first day about that and we were relaxing at our bed. If he wanted to remind us, he could just text us instead, or even call us the night before. 7) Lastly, the air-condition in the room was very noisy. There was probably an issue with the fan. In general, I cannot see the luxuriousness in this property, except if you believe that offering a jacuzzi on a rooftop makes you luxurious. I totally believe that it’s overpriced for what it offers.

The property was very spacious for 3 of us - bed was very comfortable. Balcony area was lovely and outdoor hot tub was just fabulous- a nighttime dip was lovely - I would definitely recommend. It is right in the centre of the old town - it was a little loud the first night but it didn’t keep me up and I thought it would be much worse considering it is directly in the centre . The staff was lovely and very accommodating

Great host, great location and a fantastic cozy and clean room with a romantic city square view. We've enjoyed the bathtub upstairs, too where we had some chilling time, looking at the amazing view. Very quiet and comfortable room. They made our honeymoon great!!

Clean, comfortable, host was quick to respond. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the activity on the streets. We ended up getting sick during our stay there. He allowed us a late check out and brought extra blankets.

A little loud at night - live music and lots of people out. As others mentioned, church bells go off in the morning. And there was a barking dog. Nothing some ear plugs couldn’t fix.

Centrally located in the beautiful old town. spotlessly clean and well equipped. Sofoklis was extremely friendly, met us on time, have great advice and a pleasure to deal with.
