Vener Luxury Suites

The host was fantastic, he was very prompt with responses. Met us at the door at our convenience to give us the key and a tour of the place. Additionally he fulfilled a special request to have a bottle of champagne and flowers in the room upon our arrival. The location could not be any better right in the center of the main street. Also the personal hot tub on the upper terrace was a great addition to the place.

The only thing that I did not like was that the ho tub on the upper terrace needs to be filled on each use. I was not able to get the hot tub full of water before the hot water had run out. It was enough to sit in but was only about half full.

The location was excellent and very central. Lovely view of square from balcony. A very short walk to Venetian Harbour and for wandering around the beautiful old narrow streets of Chania. Loads of lovely restaurants within a short walking distance. Everything was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place, warm staff

Perfect location right overlooking the square in the old city, a lot going on outside but relatively quiet inside. The amenities are great! Great shower pressure. Hot tub on the roof was perfect to use as a pool after a day in the hot sun. Host great. Helped me organise taxi’s and tours, very helpful and accessible

Kind bed was two singles pushed together that moved apart in the night. 2 out of 5 days the room didn’t get cleaned

The hot tub takes a long time to fill up and it doesn’t really bubble that much

Beautiful room in a great location. Hot tub and roof terrace were a welcome bonus. The host was very helpful and made several good recommendations. We loved being in the heart of the city.
