breakfast, nice towels

the room looked like it was last decorated in 1975, the carpet was worn out , the wallpaper was peeling off, the bathroom was worn , best have the lights off and it looked slightly better

Alles ok. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir durften unsere Koffer schon dort abgeben obwohl unsere Zimmer noch nicht bereit war. Wir waren viel zu früh vor Ort. Aber, alles kein Problem. Wenn ich nochmal in Fort William bin, werde ich dort wieder übernachten

Die Lage ist sehr schön mit Blick auf das Wasser. Sehr zentral gelegen.

L'hôtel est bien situé. Il y a deux salons confortables.

Le 2e jour au petit déjeuner, plusieurs produits manquaient et ils ne les ont pas renouvelés. La chambre etait bien et confortable mais elle ne faisait pas la taille indiquée, loin de là.

A very good central location with plenty of free parking.

A complete rip off for what it is - very expensive, dingy, old, run down, dated and badly maintained hotel. The staff are indifferent at best, the room was awfully run down and smelling foul - a mixture of sewage, cigarette and damp smells both in the room and around the hotel. Never again, even the Premier Inn across the road is better! And the "view" from the window was "second to none" onto the internal yard full of muck, bird droppings, and constant puddles.

Location Rooms were nice
