Palette Resort Myrtle Beach

It was a good location near the boardwalk area, about a 25 to 30 minute walk or five minute drive. Unfortunately that’s about all I can say that’s positive about the property.

The pictures online were very misleading. They showed a nice establishment but you walk in and it looks like something from a third world country. None of the locks on the balcony doors worked. The floors were dirty in the room. It had a kitchenette, but had zero dishes or silverware available,We had to end up buying our own to be able to cook. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. It smelt like weed everywhere you walked ,you had to slam the door just even get it to shut. We saw more than 6 to 8 families during our stay there for five days complaining as soon as they walk in the door just as we felt once we got there the misleading photos online was nothing like the establishment. We ended up booking the hotel next-door hotel blue for two nights and lost our money because they were telling us we could not get any of it back. We definitely will not be booking here ever again. I am not one to write bad reviews ever, but I don’t want other people making the same mistake we did and wasting their money on this place.

The location was good but the parking wasn’t convenient unless you had a handicap parking pass, the room we had was nice

Not all staff was as friendly as they could have been I know the public is hard to work with but try to be more friendly when working with ppl

The location, the space, having a King Suite was Amazing. The view was Amazing, Ocean Front, just like I asked.

Some towels were dirty but I did not complain and I could not get the TV in sitting area to work but I did not complain.
