That you had to part across the street down the road

The bed and pillows were comfy. Easy check in.

Never seen pools being cleaned once. Kitchen is completely bare. The whole place is being renovated at the moment. Elevators looked a bit questionable but worked. Hot tub was out of service.

Staff tried to help

First room was dirty, no sheets stuff on the floor, pee on the toilet. 2nd room tv didn't work. Parking accrossed the street. Hot tub didnt work, pools were dirty

The rooms were disguising, construction was going on at 8am nothing was like the photos, there was only one towel the tub was horrible

The price for one night during peak season and the location

We did not like that the loading unloading area had a huge dumpster that took up the parking lot, it was very hard to get into the space, we had to walk a good distance to even check in and then come back to place our parking pass into our vehicle. The AC was not on in our unit on the hottest heat wave/ heat advisory of the year, the elevator smelled like pee, our unit floors were dirty, hotel smelled musty, the bed was very uncomfortable, they had no comforter just a thin sheet on the bed to sleep in and 4 very USED old pillows on the bed (king size bed with flat standard pillows) our “balcony” was one chair facing the parking deck next door. The pools were filled with sand. There was no housekeeping maintaining the property, just trash left all around outside in the pool area… would I stay again? Probably not.

Did not like anything. Only convenience is the proximity to the beach.

We did NOT like our stay. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty not mopped, the bed was hard. Did not sleep well. There was not a blanket on the bed just sheets. I would NOT recomend this hotel to no one.
