Boardwalk Beach Hotel

This was a great deal for the location. To be honest we were skeptical because of some reviews we read, and were ready to be disappointed because of reviews I hadn't read until after I booked. However, the room was clean, beds were checked repeatedly, no sign of any bugs. We got the 2 queen and bunk beds, the room is pretty small but for the amount of time we actually spent inside it was fine.

The only downside to our room was, while we did get ocean front, it was on the bottom floor,so between a giant bush outside the window and the dunes there was no actual "ocean view".

Old and run down looking. Loud.

I liked that it was right on the beach and that was kind of it.

The room felt outdated and felt claustrophobic. our bed was kind of stiff and felt very old. The roof looks like it’s from the 1980s alone. No breakfast. Also the water stayed cold for a whole day we had to take cold showers. for almost 200$ a night i would’ve expected better. Went to the red roof inn 20 minutes from the beach and it’s like heaven.

The air in our room hardly worked the bathroom was dirty we asked for sheets and blankets for the pull out couch and the ladies were rude

Location is great. Lobby area was very clean and guest bathrooms where very clean.

Maintenance staff not friendly if they have to work. Found live roaches. Bathtub was very soft and felt like you were going to fall thru. Just need some TLC.

There was a tiki bar out back that had a great bartender and a really pretty View

That hotel is like a zoo and it is wildly understaffed We arrived around 1:30 and attempted to check in and they were not able to accommodate an early check-in which was no problem. We hung around and sat outside and Heat waiting until check in at 4:00 then we were told at 4:00 that check-in is sometimes up until 6:00 We travel all the time that is unheard of unless there's an issue and usually the staff gives you a heads up and does something to accommodate The staff was ignorant to the fact that all of their guests were being inconvenience and unfortunately to ask all these questions you had to wait in a 35-45 minute line just to get to the front desk to ask about your room There were so many unhappy people in that hotel lobby I thought I was at the DMV

it was near shopping center close by really enjoyed myself

everything was awesome
