Boardwalk Beach Hotel

Nothing. When walked through doors to check in I thought wow this great but very deceiving.

One ice machine for the whole resort had to walk half mile. Have you ever tried to get a cart loaded down up steps 😬 room very very old needs major updates. Floor stayed wet the whole time. No water pressure etc etc will not be back

The pools were nice. Beachfront view was awesome.

No complimentary breakfast. No jacuzzi or spa. The tub drained slow. The food was very expensive at the bar and grill. Small portions for $20 a plate. Small cups and watered down drinks. Spent over $100 for four people to eat after driving over 12 hours to get there. They also charged me an extra $100 when I checked in on top of the almost $800 I already spent when booking just for having a pet, despite the facility being pet friendly. We saw two giant cockroaches in the room.

Front desk staff was lovely. The bed was comfortable. A/c worked great.

Room needed a serious update. Rust stains in the bathtub, cracks/caulking needed in the flooring, rooms above me blasted loud music all night, outside smelled heavily like weed, balcony was advertised as gulf facing, but I was on the second floor and couldn’t see the gulf due to the pool area and palm trees in front of me. I never leave poor reviews, but I was displeased with the room status and the environment. The front desk staff were wonderful!

The facility was good for the value. The staff was delightful.

The in-house restaurant was closed. The pool was lacking on furniture, this may have be related to the Beach being closed because of riptides. The pool was severely over chlorinated. Beyond the staff's control there was no water due to a main water loss for the area.

Decent rates and right on the beach

Beds are horrible , better off sleeping on the ground . Showers not very good at all , the sheets had sand in them when we arrived .
