Breakfast was amazing! I love that they had a great buffet selection but still also good service. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. The hotel is luxurious but at the same time presents itself casually to feel like a vacation. Much is owed to the staff who made our stay fun and easy. Location is perfect given the beach and time out from town.

It's a pity the gym was under construction but otherwise all facilities were nicely laid out.

Als 2 meiden wordt je hier aangekeken alsof je er niet hoort. We MOESTEN onze bandjes om doen om binnen te komen terwijl vrijwel niemand die droeg. Omdat ze dachten dat we hier niet verbleven. Je wordt totaal niet serieus genomen als je geen Moncler oid draagt. Een Aperol bij het zwembad kost €17. Fijn dat je luxe wilt uitstralen maar dat is echt overpriced. De kamer is schoon en netjes maar de gordijnen veel te dun. Om 7:00u word je wakker omdat het zo licht is in de kamer. Ook is het erg gehoorig. Het zwemad met handoekenservice is top en genoeg en fijne bedjes. De spa zit niet bij de prijs inbegrepen. Deze mag je maarliefst 1,5 uur gebruiken voor €27. Als je €430 per nacht betaalt verwacht je wel wat meer dan dit.

The room was spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast was at the highest standards with a great variety of options. The beach was very close to the property and also very clean.

The occasional noise during the night from other guests made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

A beautiful, big and busy hotel well worthy of its 5 stars. Superb location on the beach but handy for transport into the city. We had a beautifully appointed room on the first floor with a very large sea view terrace. We could not fault this room - the beds were comfortable with quality bed linen and furnishings. The bathroom was superb with a bath + shower and a walk in shower. Lots of huge fluffy white towels. It was quiet at night and we were very happy there. Breakfast had a huge choice of foods, something for everyone. It was a little crowded at times. We are in the restaurant 3 nights and the food was beautiful and well served. The pool is large and accessed by steps or an easy access ramp - very cold water at first ! Not really enough sunbeds and the cabanas were all reserved for suites which felt a bit elitist especially as they were largely unused and occupied an area that could have been used for more sunbeds. There’s a lot going on, receptions and promotions and a lot of large wedding parties. We felt the resort could do with a small shop selling handy things eg sun cream. Would I stay there again if visiting Valencia ? Definitely - highly recommended. Major tip - book a Seaview room with terrace or balcony.

Lage, entgegenkommende Personal

Betten waren nicht gut, waren auf den Rädern, waren nicht fixiert und haben sich ständig bewegt! Ich bin in der Spalte dazwischen gelandet. Keine Abendveranstaltung für die Gäste vorhanden.... Nightclub in der Nähe war bis 5 h in der Früh im Betrieb und sehr laut.

The indoor pool was crowded with kids not respecting the rules and their parents not giving a sh...
