Everything was wonderful! My room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. I was here for the plays and the drive to town was only minutes so still convenient. We're looking forward to staying again when we come back in October!!

There was nothing to dislike.

The bath is always the best to be able to soak in that magic water. Staff and breakfaast was excellent. Love that it is so close to the Hot Springs and Gardens !!

"Nice, but not what it used to be"

We enjoyed grounds, the gardens, koi pond, private bungalow. Afternoon tea is a nice treat.

Neighboring property had a loud concert that lasted most of the day until 10pm. Apparently they are fairly frequent during the summer. We’ve been coming to this property for over 12 years. I was saddened to say that garden upkeep (deadheading) and room maintenance wasn’t what it used to be. The front desk staff wasn’t as knowledgeable regarding setting up the tea service and overall friendliness. The tea lacked plates, napkins and serving spoons in the jams. He seemed put out when I asked for those things. I still enjoyed the stay but the was disappointed in the changes I saw.
