Such a beautiful hotel, great room, bathroom is really nice!

We wanted to drop of our luggage in the morning before check in (which is possible) but there wasn't anybody at the hotel, which was inconvenient, luckily there was a guest who heard us knocking at the door and let us in.

Beautiful externally and internally. Traditional decor with modern convenience. Very quiet neighborhood but not far from local amenities.

Good quality ryokan style hotel! Loved the modern take on wood and stone interior! + The room came with a sofa which is great! + 15 min walk to Nishiki market & 20 mins to Pontocho street

- The images may be a bit deceiving. The room we stayed in was smaller than expected. Seemed bigger on the advatised images

Very beautiful clean accommodation in the heart of Kyoto. It felt traditional but modern. Easy check in, staff was lovely!!! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

La posizione di questo appartamento è centrale, con una passeggiata di pochi minuti arrivi dove vuoi. Il gusto di questa struttura è piacevolmente giapponese. Ci sono tutti i comfort che servono per un buon soggiorno. Alla reception vicina alla stazione sono cordiali e disponibili

Per l'accesso alla struttura è necessario recarsi in una reception vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e decisamente lontana dalla struttura. Anche se viene offerto gratuitamente il trasferimento dei bagagli (antro un'ora prestabilita) rimane il disagio.

Siamo stati in questa casa tradizionale giapponese, completamente ristrutturata ,nel cuore di Kyoto. Una bella esperienza. La casa é pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi nonostante le dimensioni dei locali.

Il difetto più grande é la poca luce, un unico punto dove due finestre danno su un cavedio. Bisogna tenere sempre la luce accesa

le logement était a 20 minutes de bus de la remise des clés qui était a 5 minutes de la gare mais sous 37° degré et avec des sacs a dos et valises, c'est long d'autant qu'il a fallu les amener par notre propre moyen en prenant un bus. Pour bénéficier du transport de valise il faut arriver avant 15H00, je ne l'ai pas vu lorsque j'ai réservé. Privilégier plutôt des logements autour de la gare. Chambre très petite.
