The beach and the staff

1. Not really all inclusive. You get water bottles per person upon check-in; you need to refill them for the entire stay. If you want another bottle, that is extra. Spa is extra. Water sports are extra. Not a single thing is inclusive.. you'd expect like one thing from the water sports or the spa to be included but nothing was. 2. Beach towels are available 10.00-18.00 from the spa which is near the restaurant. We had issues with clean beach towels as you can only get them from 1 place; meaning you need to walk around a lot. 3. Beach is nice but there is no food service there. The bar is open with very bad ice-cream and some sandwiches. 4. Pools were small. The water slides opened from 10.00. 5. Food was most disappointing. I dreamt of the best greek food experience from Crete but this was by far the worst greek food experience. I am fairly sure most food was not even fresh. 6. No hot beverage at dinner time. 7. Desserts were all about some pudding spin-off cheap resort kind of desserts. Very very disappointing. 8. We had issues finding teaspoons at the restaurant. Had to hunt them every single time. 9. Not really "kid-friendly" food.

Сильно «уставшие» номера, сервис хуже турецкого, однообразие в столовой (рестораном это назвать нельзя).

Het privé strand was heel erg fijn en al het personeel was erg aardig. Het eten vonden we uiteindelijk ook erg goed te doen. Leuk dat je nog bij een paar a la carte restaurants kunt eten! De opzet van het resort is erg mooi. Note: als je slecht ter been bent of een kinderwagen hebt, is het strand lastiger te bereiken. Je komt er alleen via een trap.

De kamers waren erg gedateerd en werden niet goed schoongemaakt.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and we already want to come back on our next vacation. The staff’s warm welcome and the kindness of the receptionists ,especially Marina, were wonderful! The hotel is magnificent, with a view so beautiful it leaves you speechless.We received an upgrade and were very happy, as they placed us close to the beach, so we enjoyed it a lot. Besides the breathtaking view, something that truly surprised us was the food. At the Red Pepper restaurant (buffet), the dishes change every day and the traditional Greek desserts were especially delicious.I would also like to thank the housekeepers, who always left everything spotless and were very friendly. I have absolutely nothing to complain about , those were incredible days. We are already planning to return next year to spend even more days at this hotel.

This place was exactly what our group—four adults and two children (aged one and three)—was looking for. It is an ideal destination for families with children. Personally, I feel that the photos do not do justice to the beauty of the sea at both the private and public beaches. While the public beach is quite small, the private beach is larger, and we had no trouble finding available space at any time during our stay in June. Despite the resort’s size, everything is easily accessible within a few minutes, including the two beaches, swimming pools (with a dedicated children’s pool), restaurants, bars, reception, and spa. There is also a shopping center next to the main restaurant and a small supermarket right at the resort’s exit. I'd say it has everything you need, and you can finally relax. We also organized a guided group tour of Knossos and Heraklion through the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. But what made the difference for us was the room upgrade which allowed our family to stay together throughout our stay. In this regard, a special thanks goes to Italian-speaking Cristina at the reception for her kindness and helpfulness

Technically, you are not supposed to reserve sunbeds and go away (for instance for breakfast or lunch or other), but since this rule is not enforced anywhere in the resort, it can be frustrating at times.

Struttura immensa! Bella, tanti servizi, due spiagge completamente diverse: una di sassolini, l’altra con sabbia fine! Cibo favoloso!

Niente

Ruim en mooie locatie, maar geen aanrader dit.

Zeer verouderd complex, personeel heel onvriendelijk, eten zeer slecht.
