A surcharge of $65 applies for arrivals after or before the check-in hours or the check-out hours. Our pet fee is $60 per day per pet limit two (nonrefundable) There will be a 2.5% credit card surcharge fee added to each credit card transaction Valet parking is a fee paid per night plus tax, self parking garage has an hourly rate and a nightly rate and 2 1/2 blocks down the street our gate lot has hourly and nightly rates. Your room is a pre paid charge before arrival of the room and tax charges only; the Resort fee of $15 and a 2.5% surcharge fee for credit card transactions will be collected at check in. Upon check in you must present a credit card for the $50 per day incidental authorization. Any unused portion will be released at check out. It could take up to 7 business days for the authorization to reflect on your account. Resort Fee of $15 per day will be collected upon check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "Enjoyed the pampering session we booked"

Historical hotel with perfect placement at the main strip, had an excellent time either way my very first ever Massage. Definitely would book a treatment again. Enjoyed the art Gallery in the basement

Bed had nail polish on sheets. Had a feeling a f grimy though put the hotel(reason we ate out)

"We didn’t expect luxury due to the price and reviews but basic cleanliness isn’t too much to ask."

Good location. Nice building. Friendly staff. Good breakfast

WiFi was terrible. Cleanliness was unacceptable. The shower cubicle would be considered poor in a prison. Check in process took far too long. Internal decor was incredibly dated.

"Slightly Disappointing"

The staff were polite and professional.

I thought the hotel had been remodeled but my room looked old and did not appear to be remodel. Additionally, it could have been cleaner. There is 80$ I paid that was unaccounted for and all anyone would say is, “well, you booked through a third party.” There were hidden charges and I hate that.

"I won’t come back."

The staff

The room was looked dirty, wall paper peeling off the walls, the floors were stained and dirty, the bathroom was nasty looking. When we were about to go to bed stuff started moving on there own, the mirror on the wall was moving on it’s on, being touched on my leg when nothing was there and the bathroom sink turned on by itself and back off. After that we left in the middle of the night and went back home at 2:00 am. I will never stay there again. My daughters had the same experience.
