Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa

Location, staff were both EXCELLENT

There was construction we were not informed of prior to booking. There were extra fees also not included in the booking. Room was also not as clean as it could have been.

The location and character of the hotel are amazing. We stay each year because of the extras. Our stay usually involves walking nearby for dinner, getting ice cream on the level below the lobby and walking across the street to the hot springs that often have fireflies. We enjoy the Sunday brunch that starts at 10am.

It is obviously an old grand hotel, so keep it in mind. Some rooms are a little tight, but they have larger rooms available for a little more money. Nothing is perfect, such as doors that aren’t perfectly aligned, sometimes rusty ac by the window, and such. Some things show lack of attention to details like paint drops on the tub from whenever they renovated.

Not much to dislike. Building showed wear and tear but not excessive for its age in our opinion

Hot tub was nice and Pool area.

Building wasnt up to good standards, staff was rude at front desk just that one staff member.

I did not get the room I reserved

I loved the overall vibe of the hotel. It was a really neat experience. The band that played in the lobby Saturday night was a lot of fun.

The rooms were older and showed a lot of wear. I knew that going in so I don’t think it affected our overall experience. The beds were full sized.
