Practically Zero parking, bathroom sink and shower leaked, bathroom was nasty. We didn’t even take a shower because of how dirty it was.

The hotel has beautiful bones and so much history. We stayed on the floor with the Al Capone suite, so it was fun to see that door. The location is amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet was reliable and fast and the air conditioning in our room kept it very cool and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable and there were an assortment of pillows so both my husband and I were able to find what we liked.

The Arlington needs a lot of maintenance, which a sign at the front desk says they are doing. I did see some men, who appeared to be construction workers, walking out of the hotel. The doors still lock with an actual key. I appreciate the historical charm of that detail, but I would rather the lock on a door that is supposed to keep me safe to be modern and secure. The refrigerator was not cold and as we were only there for one night and tired we did not call down for maintenance. The room also did not have a microwave to be able to re-heat leftovers, for the price of the room I would have appreciated that amenity. Our account was charged a $100 security deposit for incidentals, there was no minibar in the room, so I am not sure what that was for. The bathroom was the main issue. The mirror over the sink had an old style medicine cabinet, like you would have seen in a home and it was very rusty. The bathroom had hair on the floor and no exhaust fan or bath tub. The room was not terrible but it did not live up to the grandeur as The Arlington tries to promote itself as a "Luxury Resort".

We liked the central location but the lack of privacy and general upkeep of the rooms were terrible.

The rooms are in terrible condition and need to be refurbished.

Great location downtown.

When we got there, our specific room that had already been paid for was given away. Also, look for hidden fees in the property that doesn't come with the price.

Historical hotel with perfect placement at the main strip, had an excellent time either way my very first ever Massage. Definitely would book a treatment again. Enjoyed the art Gallery in the basement

Bed had nail polish on sheets. Had a feeling a f grimy though put the hotel(reason we ate out)

WiFi was terrible. Cleanliness was unacceptable. The shower cubicle would be considered poor in a prison. Check in process took far too long. Internal decor was incredibly dated.

The staff were polite and professional.

I thought the hotel had been remodeled but my room looked old and did not appear to be remodel. Additionally, it could have been cleaner. There is 80$ I paid that was unaccounted for and all anyone would say is, “well, you booked through a third party.” There were hidden charges and I hate that.
