Resort situated hour & half from Nadi, but seemed to be a good road. Very children friendly so lots of kids of all ages! The resort can get pretty windy being on the corner of the mainland, but there are pool and beach areas you can get shelter. Resort easy to get around with modern facilities in all the comfortable rooms. The bed and linen are great but the towels are getting a little tired. Staff friendly with good service. Food excellent.

Most of the restaurants were booked in advance so you needed almost book before you arrive on a short stay! Just ended eating in the buffet both nights which you didn’t have to book.

El-carte restaurants nice Good activities Kids enjoyed kids club

-Room cleanliness , had to keep asking for room supplies -Buffet cleanliness and minimal variety of food ( some food felt warm when should of been hotter) - All round service from staff extremely slow and staff not organised with drinks by pool and getting reservations at restaurant. ( Never told to pre book restaurants as they sell out) - No way of getting food for kids in between breakfast and lunch ( no snacks available etc hot chips) - Overall cost and experience underwhelming compared to other resorts in area. - Having to pay a 3% surcharge on final bill

The adult only Reef Wing was a great hideaway from the hustle and bustle of young children. The afternoon cocktails and canapes was great re connecting with other guests. Our room attendant Losalini was attentive and appreciated.

Not being directed to reserve dinner in advance and not being informed of special dinners that we would have liked to attend. The booking system for the restaurants is a bit chaotic when it doesn't need to be. Having a directory of planned resort activities would have been helpful.

The long wait time for drinks some days and also the confusion from bars and staff members she the beverage pack invoice and charge backs - the system was clunky to use
