Honestly, nothing. We booked this resort expecting a relaxing, family-friendly luxury experience and left incredibly disappointed. I can’t think of a single aspect of our stay that stood out in a positive way.

Almost everything about our stay was disappointing. Wi-Fi was virtually unusable throughout the resort, making it difficult to stay connected. While the beach is nice, that’s not enough to justify the price when the rest of the experience falls so far short. The main pool is small and underwhelming, with very little to keep young children entertained. Despite travelling with two young kids, we were allocated a room a very long walk from the restaurants, pools and main facilities, making every day unnecessarily difficult. The food was consistently poor. The adults-only restaurants had no atmosphere, painfully slow service and food that was well below the standard you’d expect from a five-star resort. I’ve genuinely had better meals from my local takeaway back home. The family restaurants weren’t any better—small portions, average food and extremely overpriced. The service throughout the resort was one of the biggest disappointments. We came expecting the warm, welcoming Fijian hospitality that Fiji is famous for, but staff rarely acknowledged us and service often felt indifferent. One of the biggest frustrations was discovering that we couldn’t use the adults-only pool or even order a coffee there while our children were happily in Kids Club, simply because we weren’t staying in that section of the resort. The pool was practically empty, yet we were turned away. This restriction was never explained during check-in, despite being a significant limitation. Check-in itself was poor. We weren’t properly welcomed, had to figure things out ourselves, and weren’t informed about key resort restrictions or facilities. We also booked experiences through the resort that were heavily oversold and significantly underdelivered. Overall, this resort did not come close to the luxury experience it advertises. It was overpriced, poorly managed and incredibly disappointing. We would not recommend it to anyone and would never return.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the Golden Cowrie Restaurant was excellent. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are stunning.

The friendly atmosphere and it’s a beautiful resort, with lots to see and do. The staff absolutely make you feel welcomed and they are so accommodating and pay attention to everything. We had stayed twice prior to COVID so was great going back.

Would be good as adults if you are not staying in the Reef Wing to still be able to swim in the adults area.

Very clean, great views, beautiful food, great position, easy walking to restaurants and activities. Very nice and relaxing.

Everything about our room was great , especially the very comfortable bed, only the shower was not always hot and the house cleaning trolley noise was always loud outside our room along the veranda.

The location, the staff and the variety of activities (fun and relaxing) on offer ... the sunsets were utter perfection too!

Whilst a 5 star location, it's not a 5 star property. Some of the food wasn't brilliant in the main buffet restaurant and we were overcharged significantly on check out (thankfully we had allowed time before pick up to review and settle the bill - which went from an original charge of over 1200FJD to around 700FJD when we questioned it)

Breakfast was excellent as were other meals, cocktail hour for adults, the grounds are beautiful, staff were very fry and very helpful, high standards of service and care.

The resort was very costly. Nothing was free, even the mini golf had a cost, and the day trips were expensive, it felt like gouging. They also add a 3% credit card charge which adds several hundred dollars more onto the cost of the stay. The snorkeling is not great and there really isn’t much of a beach. Just as well they have lots of pool loungers.

Resort situated hour & half from Nadi, but seemed to be a good road. Very children friendly so lots of kids of all ages! The resort can get pretty windy being on the corner of the mainland, but there are pool and beach areas you can get shelter. Resort easy to get around with modern facilities in all the comfortable rooms. The bed and linen are great but the towels are getting a little tired. Staff friendly with good service. Food excellent.

Most of the restaurants were booked in advance so you needed almost book before you arrive on a short stay! Just ended eating in the buffet both nights which you didn’t have to book.
